As predicted a new Craftmania is on the way [1]. These events are welcomed as they give players a chance to get caught up and players who have fully upgraded their properties get a break from all the begging. If Zynga sticks to the pattern the next 3 properties should be the Amusement Park, Stock Market and Printing Press. The VIP timer for the Oil Rig expires at midnight so we may see it very soon. The loot reward for crafting 5 items each from 3 level 15 properties is a Legislator.
