Off-hand, I'd say the biggest change in the TOS is us giving up our right to a class-action lawsuit. Fair warning. In the Privacy Policy, I had not before now noticed mention of a sale of Zynga or a particular game and such a thing's effect on our personal information.

As it relates to the TOS, it really does not matter what changes are found as Zynga fails to enforce them.
