The Pizzeria is the 47th Global Property and the 42nd Limited Time Property. If you get to Level 15 you will also get a ‘Grand Prize’ loot item as well as extra building parts, partial energy and stamina refills along the way. You need 471 parts to fully upgrade but the extra parts received as upgrade rewards will reduce the total by 48. The only way to get them is to beg. The timer on this property is 16 days and VIP subscribers on the Gold or higher tier of benefits get 21 days.  I do like that the theme is something different and fun but it’s not enough to make these Limited Time Properties a fan favorite. The individual parts needed to upgrade the Pizzeria are Clay, Galvanized Steel and Cordless Drills. Each “Any Part” request will yield 6 parts in the order shown below. You can also make 1 “Individual Part” request and get 6 specific parts. Each type of request can be made once every 8 hours. You can get 4 bonus parts by scanning the news feed and clicking on build and upgrade brag posts. Combined, the maximum number of parts you can get is 16 every 8 hours.

When you are all filled up on each part, it’s time to build to Level 1 or upgrade to the next levels. The popup displays the rewards you get for upgrading to each new level. The final reward is a 50% energy refill and a Wrap Around which has stats of 215/301.
Below is a summary of the rewards. The energy and stamina refills are a percentage of your total energy pool and will go over your max energy if your pool is at 100%. These bonuses can also be stacked on top of each other. The bad news is that you lose any extra energy you gained if you level up. For this reason you should upgrade when you aren't close to leveling or when you need it to level. Partial stamina refills were added to the last property and I’m just now getting around to updating the chart [1]. This could change for the Pizzeria as this chart is modeled after the Last Resort.

Always share your build and upgrade requests with your mafia so they can collect additional parts. As most know, the game will tell you the limit is 3 but it’s really 4 additional parts you can collect every 8 hours. The timer on these extra parts is a little tricky. They are timed from the last one you collect so if you don’t collect all 4 at the same time they will be spread out over the 8 hours period. Posting multiples no longer works as it was nerfed about 4 properties ago.

By now these property upgrade charts are just a novelty as players pretty much know what they want to build. If sorting is desired, use the Property Manager 3. You can group things almost anyway you like and there isn’t so much scrolling involved. For laughs it’s fun to scroll through the entire chart.
