How The Family Progression Leaderboards Work

Share:

When the Family Progression Leaderboards were updated many reported that not all members of the family appeared [1]. Thanks to testing, a survey and information from a Mafia Wars source we can now let you know how it works. Currently, the Leaderboards only show the family members who played contributed to Family Progression at least once in the last 7 days. New members and inactive players will not be displayed. This will most likely change as the survey indicated an option to just show all members [1]. This would be better as we all know many players move in and out of families more frequently than one changes their underwear. It’s also been determined that players and total points will be displayed regardless if collection took place or not. Players still need to remember to collect.  It would be better if scores remain at 0 until collection as it would be incentive not to forget. As mentioned in a previous post, it would also be fun if the scores weren’t capped. Families could then make their own competitions if they so desired.

  1. nice touch, should have been at the start. 0 un till collected? bad move, I use them for leveling, some times life takes more time than the game requires, and extra bounes just go unclaimed, other times, fully used. more and more life steals time away from game time, so that what it has to be. even with these cool automated scripts.
