The 37th Tier of Declare War loot and the 37th Warlord achievement is now available. A closer look at all 5 items is shown below. Collect them all to get a new but old overplayed achievement. Zynga should really think of something more creative. It's hard to believe there used to be a time when the loot was much more powerful and these updates were a pretty big deal.
I'm not a VIP player, and these stats are +1/-1 on my stats. That is, they are right at my level. Limiting the boost on new loot is the only way to control their own loot inflation and make the VIP program desirable. OTOH, they could try for +5 for players like me :)
