Slow Moving & Wasted Family Experience

Share:

As mentioned in our first post about Family Business Missions, there is a family experience black hole that many families will encounter [1]. The AƧƧHАŦƧ are a small family with 30 members and many of them are inactive. It’s impressive that this small group has gotten to Level 7 of Family Progression and sadly 1/4th of their earned family experience gets lost in a black hole. Families who are maxed at 100% in any category will not receive the bonus experience points offered in Family Business Missions. The rewards (determined by family size) are evenly distributed in the 4 categories but you can’t go past 100% and it’s not saved up for the next level. There is carry over into the next level but that won’t happen unless all 4 categories move past 100% at the same time. For families in this situation Zynga could at least be honest on the popup and state the actual experience gained. Black hole experience isn’t even real! This is another flaw in the Family Progression set up and applies to normal progression as well [1]. We have mentioned this and many other flaws in previous posts but it does look like Zynga is planning some changes so they we are bringing them up again [1]. As the player base gets smaller so do the majority of families. Family Progression needs to be updated to account for the losses. Even large families struggle with progress and shown below is what 2,088,000 extra family experience points will get you.

  1. they should boot the inactive players and stop crying about it. my family is level 6 with just 6 players and we finished the family event in under 2 days!

    1. No one said they were crying about it and thats not even what this post was about. Why comment just to say something ignorant? Learn to read. And really small families such as yours can finish the family event so quickly because your requirements are so easy most could do them alone!

    2. Yikes, who did the crying? From the looks of it The AƧƧHАŦƧ and all their inactive accounts got the job done? ... But just to piss on your parade because I don't like smug people calling others for cry babies I will let you know that I did the whole family business event with 1 account in 2 hours and 27 minutes. I'm guessing the tasks you had to do were the same as mine.
