The 2010 4th of July sale brought us the Parade Stallion [1]. At the time an item with stats of 60/28 was pretty good and to some worth the 35 reward points. This year we got a Flag Day sale and it offers a Pageant Stallion [1]. They look very similar but the Parade Stallion proudly displays the flag while the Pageant Stallion uses his as a saddle blanket. Zynga seems to have gotten these items confused because the server image links are the same. When this happens both items will have the same small image and the same large image but they are in fact completely different items. One thing Zynga may want to look into is if it’s ok to use the American Flag as a saddle blanket. I believe it’s considered poor etiquette but I’m no horse expert.
No, the flag should not be depicted in this manner as it is disrespectful. Even athletes who wrap themselves with the flag when they win something are being disrespectful, but who really cares anymore about flag etiquette these days...???

ReplyDeleteanyone who runs around after an event holding the flag is proud to hold the flag. It should be seen as honouring the country that you have it over your shoulders at all. However if you are using it as a fire lighter or stamping it into the ground or as toilet paper it would suggest that you are not quite so happy.
