We expected a new district in Mexico to unlock tomorrow but it looks like we will probably see 2 of them. The server images for District 5 were added today. With South Africa District 4 was released and a week later District 5. It makes more sense to release them both at the same time because of the Mexico Bank. You need 8 more vault codes to fully upgrade it and these 2 districts together will provide that. Odd number districts also come with a property and hopefully the next one will offer energy. The boss is a Mexican cowboy who goes by the name Sergio Chapa. The rest of the Boss Fight and job images are shown below.
