The 4th Family Business Mission is now available. The layout is like the first 3 Missions in that there are 5 Tiers each with a Might (Energy) and a Muscle (Stamina) Path. The event lasts for about 9 and a half days (a late release means we lost 10 hours) and there will be 3 days after that to collect your rewards. There is some improvement from the last Mission as far as the Might Path is concerned. This time we only need to worry about 4 consumables and one of them is giftable. You don’t even need to look to guess that Beer Barrels are required! It’s still not easy but it’s better. The timing of this Mission couldn't be worse and may cause some drama. There is Family Crest event going on and it will be hard for families to prioritize [1]. For some Family Business humor, check out the video we made and dedicated to this event. There are a total of 15 jobs in the Might Path and they are listed below. Required loot drops and consumables are also listed below. The loot drops are old Stranger’s Swag items from generations 26 [1]. Many of them will improve your equipment scores and players may find they can amass a lot of them.

In addition to the rewards consisting of loot, power ups, reward points and skill points you also get Family Experience. A family with 8 members gets 12,800 for each of the 30 objectives and a family with 101 members gets 69,600. There are no changes in this from previous Missions
Once you collect the last Mission, you also get a larger Family Experience bonus, 5 reward points and a mastery item called the Red Knee Tarantula. The highest possible Family Experience reward is 300,000.

The Kin Point Leaderboard is back on the Home Page and it contains all family members. Kin Points don’t get you anything but bragging rights. Once the final reward is collected, the banner on the Home Page and the Mission page disappear but the Kin Leaderboard remains.
Well, a family with only 18 members also get only 12800xp for completing a part.

We have 41 members most who are mostly very casual players with low stats (we have a few tough ones but not many) and we have up to 10 times the requirements shown in the examples. Example - Tier 3 Loot 648 Grunge-Grudge from Job:"Uncover a Plot Against You". Job: "Fake Your Own Death"184/720 ; Get 1800 Arena Ices in Shootout Arena. Rob 2700 times in South Africa. Is this random or based on player stats or purely on number of family members? The tasks are impossible for us to finish as a casual playing family. Quite disheartening. We do what we can but really this event is a bust in our books.

ReplyDeleteOnly 2 active players still in my family and our stats are approx 5 times the posted above. Got both level 4 might and muscle down all on my own. No way I can get level 5 done in the allotted time. Need 1020 ices in SA, that takes at least 5 days for me using all the stamina I have. Hope they extend for 6 or 7 days to give some of us a chance. Actually had level 5 down last time around I think this one is harder.
