As far as sending and collecting the Mystery Energy Gifts behave a little different than the others gifts found in the ZMC. I’ve been asked a few times if they apply to the daily limit of 250 gifts. Now that the limit of these gifts has been increased to 100 from 50 (for a limited time) it's important to know for sure [1]. I finally had time to test this out (with the help of Jo Gilliam and Robert Padgett) and the good news is that they don’t. In the second image, using the Gift Collector, I accepted the 100 Mystery Energy Gifts we are allotted per day. I then used the Gift Blaster to fill my ZMC up with other Free Gifts and proceeded to accept them. The third image shown the total gifts for the day before I was cut off by the ‘Daily Gift Limit reached’ message. Instead of 250 it was 357 which means that those 100 Mystery Energy Gifts were not counted towards the limit. The other items in the ZMC that don’t count are Mafia Invite and Crew requests which account for the 7 over 350. Another nice thing about Mystery Energy Gifts is the ones you accept over the max will not be converted into Blue Mystery Bags and they won’t be removed from the ZMC. You can save them for the next day. The only way to remove them from the ZMC once you hit the limit is to click the Ignore link.
True, but what SUCKS is that they can fill you ZMC and push out other gifts. This is the major problem I see with it...250 gifts in my ZMC max...and if most of them are energy gifts then I miss out on the blue/red bad skill points!

DeleteAgreed. If they don't count toward the daily limit they shouldn't count toward the bucket limit. Just another way for Zynga to screw us out of valuable items.
