The required number of Angel’s Gazes need to fully master Challenge Mission: Brazil are shown below. Since Chapters unlock 3 days apart there is no way to provide this information closer to the beginning of the event and basically it's only posted for historical purposes to predict future Challenge Mission consumable requirements. If you stayed on the Green and Yellow Job Heat Meters and collected the maximum number of consumables you should be able to complete the challenge.

I did stay on green and yellow and collected every last item daily. But that makes no difference if you can't be here every single 8 hours to work on it. I'm sick of Zynga thinking I will arrange my life around this game, I don't. If I don't finish then oh well.
