The third property of the Mexican Domain is the Carne Shop. This property unlocks once you master the 3rd job in District 5 and it pays out energy. Other than the name and images it's a replica of the South Africa Car Fabriek [1]. The details on upgrading, collecting from and robbing the Carne Shop are shown below.
The Carne Shop unlocks once you master the 3rd job, “Accompany Team On Lucrative Opertion’ in District 5, Guadalajara. You don’t need to master jobs 1 and 2 first. The job requires the consumable Grafted.
Once you build the Carne Shop to Level 1 you learn that it offers a percentage of your energy pool and you can collect from it every 12 hours. A fully upgraded property will payout 10% of your energy pool every 12 hours.
The Carne Shop has 10 levels of mastery (1-10) and 6 stages of development (0-1). Stages 1-5 each represent 2 levels of mastery and 1 star. Stage 0 is before the property is built. To make things even more confusing, the sign on this property says Carne Tienda which in Spanish means Meat Store but the property is called Carne Shop. Why didn’t they call it the Carne Tienda to go with the sign? One things Americans may be confused by it the goat on the stage 0 image. I didn't know this until I looked it up but Goat meat is the most widely consumed red meat in the world but it's not very popular in America [1]. If this property was located there we would expect to see a cow instead of a goat.
Clicking the build (or upgrade) button also affords you the opportunity to generate some spam which does nothing for those who click on it. Clicking on these requests brings one to the Global Property page. You would think Zynga would at least provide a redirect to the City Properties!

The easiest way to ask for parts is to use the Link-a-Nator 2. Just click on the image of the Hacienda and choose your part. If your timer is active you will need to wait. The Hacienda image is generic for all Mexico property parts as they are the same for all 3 properties.
Mosaic Tiles, Mexican Kingwood and Adobe Bricks Upgrade can be acquired from the Daily Take.
Adobe Bricks and on rare occasions Iron Frames can be acquired from all 5 of the Mexico Boss Fights.
UPDATE: It appears Zynga changed the number of required parts in the past few days. The total number of parts required now mirrors the Car Fabriek at 360. This is much better than the 405 that were initially required. The only players who should be mad at the ones who spend reward points to fully upgrade.

The Mexico Task Master Crew Bonus will double the take on your property collection so if that’s activated you can get 20% of your total energy pool once your Carne Shop is fully upgraded.
The mastery item for District 4 will increases the payout of all Mexico Properties but it’s not as cool as it sounds. A ruby level Mexican Grey Wolf will increase the original payout by 15%. The original payout is 10% so you will get 15% of 10% of your energy pool. If a player has a energy pool of 10,000, the payout would be 1,000. The additional energy provided by the Mexican Grey Wolf would only be 150 energy points. Having the Task Master activated will increase that to 300.
The Carne Shop also adds a little bit of variety to the Mexico Robbing Board. Until a larger number of players get to District 5 and build their Carne Shop you will only find 1 and sometimes 2 per board. In anticipation of energy (and most likely stamina) properties many strategic players didn’t even touch their Hacienda and Pasaporte Office (which can’t be robbed so don’t appear on the Robbing Board) and saved valuable upgrade parts for the Carne Shop.
Each Carne Shop requires 20 stamina to rob and pays out 40 experience which gives it a ratio of 2.0. Like the Hacienda, there is no currency to be gained from robbing. This still doesn’t make sense since the Hacienda pays out currency!
Chicago, Brazil and London properties (as well as New York) all pay out currency when robbed but South Africa and Mexico do not.
The only energy property that provides additional energy when robbed is the Brazil Refinery. It’s not much but kind of cool and would be a nice addition to the other properties since their ratio is no where as good as the ones in New York. Other than for achievements and events there is no real reason to rob from any other destination. Zynga puts time and effort into the robbing feature for Chicago, Brazil, London, South Africa and Mexico but until the experience/stamina ratios can rival New York they are just wasting time on something useless in the game.
