You can get yours the hard way by going to the App Center and search through your requests or the easy way by using the Request-a-Nator by Team Spockholm. The Blaze Shield is an old Marketplace item offered in October of last year and is worth 21 reward points. These Welcome Back gifts are full of bugs and not everyone will get one. Check your inventory because even though you get the popup you may not get the loot. I didn’t one but my mini did. It’s worth a try at least.

... three "Welcome back - item added to inventory" pop ups... but zero loot items :/
