The Declare War feature is now on the 35th Tier. There are 5 new loot items and a 35th Warlord achievement. A closer look at the items is shown below. If you don’t know by now, collect them all to get the achievement. If it seems like we just had a Declare War update it's because we just did. Tier 33 was released just 2 weeks ago [1].
