There has been a second timer extension in Mafia Blackjack. The event was supposed to expire tomorrow at 12AM PDT and we now have 9 more days to play. I don’t know if it will be enough to defeat the last boss but this is great news for those who are trying. Thanks to Kimberly Gaydos and Shuyun Zheng for sharing the news.
I would check with Zynga before you call this an extension. It may just be another bug in the countdown timer.

Well, we have good news for you! BlackJack will now expire on April 16, 2014 PDT!
I have checked with support already, they have confirmed it IS an extension.

ReplyDelete9 days are not enough to defeat last boss since average chip daily collected are about 100. But it is a very welcome extension of time I'am at the third boss with 3 chips and his health is 200 :) I was not going to spend a single rp for chips to defeat him cause it was going to cost at least 20 rps if I was able to win 2 times in a raw, for earning 4 skill points plus 10 more attack to the vehicle. Again to the math part.900 chips 50% wins. Its 45 loses and 45 wins damage 4500 to boss minus 900 health gain when lose remaining health 8400. Even with the remain 450 chips at 70% wins you may defeat the last one less than 70% no chance unless you still got more chips or daily collect is more than 100

ReplyDeleteWell 9 days with the current structure/pool of chips one can get won't make it possible to win against the 4th boss. Just finished the 3rd one today after hording all the chips after the 2nd boss. Managed to start with 865 chips - Well... took me 61 wins 11 push and 75 loss to defeath the 5000 health 3rd boss. With the 40 chips I got from that win I have 100 left. If we get 100 chips a day, and it's a big if, then with 900 after 9 days I would still be at least 1000 chips shy to be able to defeat the last boss at 12000 health. It's simple math. Not enough chips and time ;-( So sad that Zinga does not see this simple thruth.

ReplyDeleteWhile I agree that the cheats are worthless, you can use the reveal cheat when you have a 12-16 and they have a 2-6 showing. Also, bumping the bet up to 50 (win 300) can be used when you get a 10 or Ace and they have a 4-6. Winning about 4 out of every 5 hands and an occasional blackjack adds to your chips.
Well I finally got my account to serial level. i used to enjoy playing for an hour or two until i had to wait my 8 hours for new stuff. now i can play 24/7. i don't want to do that and there is no real incentive to play the missions, black jack, etc. stuff. SO . . . . .another one bites the dust. i'm done - pulling the plug. Adios Zynga. Peace out!
ReplyDeleteI took the survey and suggested that the Boss lose H on a Push [Boss must win] and a chip reward for winning versus just getting the bet back.
ReplyDeleteI had 143 chips to start hitting the last boss today. In doing it, I first bet the max when I saw I had a good first card... ( I tried this several times... on the previous 2 before). When I got the second card, if it was bad, I selected the pick a card option (12 chips) and 85% of the time, it was a card to make higher than the possible boss hand or 21. In winning,, it knocked down the boss health to 300.. so I used my 143 chips and the last boss is down to 9960. Guess I'm lucky at BlackJack and need to visit the casino..lol.
ReplyDeleteI play this way as well, but sometimes use "undo". I had more chips to spend yesterday and was not soooo very lucky with my cards - but at least my boss is down to 6350.
DeleteI think they forgot the basic idea or purpose of betting in anything, normally, bet 10 and win...get back 20 total. With Z, Bet 10 and win, get your 10 back, but lose and they keep it ????? Not sure how many casino's would survive with a Break Even or Lose concept lol.
ReplyDeleteI got the first 3 beat one day before the original end date, but didn't start on the last one as I knew I couldn't finish it. After all it took all that time to get the others dead. Now I can finish so I'm glad it's extended.
