For those who actually visit the non filtered news feeds it’s quite annoying that any videos posted start playing on their own. There are too many Joe Blows and Sally Sues who play Mafia Wars and love to post videos and it’s very annoying when they start playing automatically. Thanks to Christy Noone, we have a solution. You can actually turn this ‘feature’ off. All you need to do is go to your settings page, click ‘Videos’ and toggle it off. I don’t know why but Facebook always defaults to the most annoying options for every feature they offer. It appears that accounts which don't have the new Facebook layout don't have this option. Again many thanks to Christy Noone who learned about this from a family member and shared it in the Script Mod room.
