Today the Harbinger of Retribution was added to the inventory. The Emerald benefits of the VIP Membership Program should unlock on April 5th but the Mafia Wars Blog said they are now unlocked [1]. Regardless of when they are officially released, players will see them once they have paid for their 25th consecutive month. For those who signed up on day one it should be tomorrow or it could be earlier tonight. I remember receiving the Gold benefits a few days before I should have.
