The Harbinger of Retribution will be granted to Emerald VIP subscribers in the very near future. The item was released in concept on February 21st and it had stats of 550/550 [1]. In a few hours from the time of this post it will have stats of 556/556 and will probably show up in the inventory and in players accounts some time this week. This Harbinger is an armor item and will join the Harbinger of Havoc weapon and Harbinger of Retribution vehicle as the only 3 items in Mafia Wars that get weekly stat increases.
