Here is something to laugh about. The Mafia Wars Blog has posted an elaborate card counting strategy to help us with Mafia Wars Blackjack [1]. This works great in casinos when the only things allowed at the table are your money and your brain. We live in the age of technology and there is plenty of card counting software readily available. What made me laugh is the fact that you can’t see the card history because of the intrusive results popup. If you bust you never even get to see the dealers hole card which would make counting cards a little more difficult. If Zynga wants to turn us into professional card counters then they need to make it a little easier so we can at least see the cards which were dealt throughout the hand. I also have issues with these Zynga decks and I’m not 100% sure they are randomly shuffled. Unless your name is Rain Man or you are a member of the MIT Blackjack Team, I wouldn't focus on counting cards in Mafia Blackjack.

Card Counting Fail

ReplyDeleteWhy in THE HELL would they have to put some elaborate card counting strategy as a possible help if the feature weren't so damn rigged in the first place?
ReplyDeleteThey should have made it so:
1) You got something back on your bet besides what you bet. Simply getting back your chips is totally insane in any betting environment.
2) It didn't cost 1/10 of your daily collection every day for one hand
I still see even in day 2 that the dealer gets a LOT of 21s and always seems to beat you when you have 18/19/20. Still haven't defeated Boss 1...so either I'm EXTREMELY unlucky or this is rigged seriously.
Thanks Zynga...just another reason for me to consider quitting your stupid "science experiment".
i agree there, we need to get back more than what we bet more than just when we get a blackjack. it's ridiculous. but i'm working on boss 3 so you could be more unlucky but it is seriously rigged regardless.
Deleteit's phony and rigged thats why internet gambling is total crap
ReplyDeleteb j = bLOW jOB
ReplyDeleteMarks out of 10 = NONE
ReplyDeletedepends on if zinga re-seeds the random number generator each time the random request is used.
ReplyDeletenot even going to bother with this one
ReplyDeleteI've only had one Blackjack in 82 hands. So far only winning about 20% of the time. It's rigged!
