We often hear players of Zynga games complain that they can’t email Customer Support. This is by design and sadly players who don’t spend money have trouble getting their technical errors fixed. Customer Support has a bad rap as we only see people report the bad and not the good. Some may say they could do a better job and a guy named Eric Mueller got the chance to try. According to a post on Kotaku, players encountering internal server errors in CoasterVille were asked to contact the server administrator and given an email. The email however belonged to random dude Eric and he had some fun with it. To read this hilarious story, go here. Thanks to Marko Majuri for posting on our fan page.
