When Game Cards went on sale for 60% off, Zynga didn’t make an announcement about it. Many wondered why they were trying to hide it but some players were notified via a popup. Below are the total number of reward points one will get when there is a 60% redemption bonus. It’s still a hard pill to swallow for those who used Game Cards before the nerf [1]. You used to get 614 reward points per $50.00, 310 per $25.00, 190 per $15.00, and 120 per $10.00. For those who asked, to redeem Game Cards, use the "Redeem" link in the account drop down menu on the game header. To purchase Game Cards, look for them in stores or buy them online here. There is no longer a difference between Zynga and Facebook Game Cards unless your discount offer in the Marketplace is different than the offer on the redemption bonus. The account in which this popup came from had a 60% discount in the Marketplace so in this case there is no difference. If you have a 50% discount offer in the Marketplace, you only get the face value of the card converted to Facebook credits and in you case, the Zynga Game Cards will offer more reward points.
