Many players like to own one of each collection item long after the original was vaulted. It’s not ascetically pleasing to see shadowed items on the collection pages and it can be maddening for players with OCD. The Hooper’s Delight Collection from the Easter Eggselence Event was the first of it’s kind as it was only possible to receive 1 of each item. Once the collection was vaulted, the shadows remain and there is nothing you can do about it. For those who end up vaulting the Hat’s Off Collection, the same thing will happen. Zynga should let players earn more than one item or remove these collections once events expire so collectors as well as new players will be happy.

ReplyDeleteOnce I have earned the award, I have no reason to come back. So whether it is shadowed or not, left or removed, it makes little difference to me
ReplyDeleteI think the game has more serious issues to fix before being too concerned with a few OCD players or those interested in aesthetics.
ReplyDeleteit is dumb to leave it in the game after it's done. they can't be revaulted so why not just delete them like all other temporary events.
