Many have pointed out that the Sterlized Glass needed to upgrade the Mob Hospital is spelled incorrectly. I noticed this when I made the original post because the spell checker got it but I figured it was probably some UK or Latin spelling. After Matt pointed out that this is not the case, I did a little more investigating. If you do a Google search for this word, the only thing you will find is the Mafia Wars Wiki Sterlized Glass page and a bunch of articles with spelling errors. Zynga does have the trump card because it’s their game and they can spell things anyway they wish.
way way way back when we were building the NY properties, an item was needed, Zynga spelled it VICE...(.as in smoking, drinking for example)...correct spelling VISE...they never corrected it, guess they don't believe in quality control of any kind
ReplyDeleteThey don't believe in research, either. For example, "Case Dismissed" has glaring inaccuracies even someone who has watched a lawyer show or two would catch. It's a criminal case, so would be a prosecutor, but two jobs mention "plaintiff's lawyer" instead. Esq. comes after the lawyer's name, so it should be J. Lawless, Esq. I've seen others, but I can't recall them right now and my comment is long enough. If I was that lazy about doing fact checking in my job, I'd be fired.
