UPDATE: For a workaround to these limitations, go here and let us know if it works.
Zynga finally hit a home run with the introduction of Operations Events. For the most part, players love them and it’s rare to say that about anything in this game. A change was made in the Manhattan Affair and players who love Operations are not happy. Players who struggle just to master the event won’t appreciate it either. They say a picture speaks 1,000 words and the one below embodies the spirit of Zynga. Players are limited to helping in 20 Operations per day. At this time I don’t know if the day starts are 12am your local time or 12am PDT. Players are already reporting getting the message prior to helping in 20 Operations [1]. Thanks to Chad Delp for the screen shot.

not had that but i completed easy ..got bonus and then on med ops it say i still have an easy to finish .. stoopid game
ReplyDeleteLOL I got that message and hadnt even helped anyone yet
ReplyDeleteI am curious to know why Zynga would nerf this event. Is there no end to their destroying every last bit of entertainment this game has to offer? Why would they limit the number of times someone can do these events... unless it is to make it impossible to complete in a timely fashion and attempt to force people to use RPs to complete the event? Do they not realize, that if they just allowed people unlimited time to complete task, to build stuff, allow people to enjoy themselves, that they would spend more money, instead of driving us away with this foolishness? Zynga is the perfect example of how NOT to run a company, and there failures should be taught in school as warnings for our young future businessmen.
ReplyDeleteZynga may be trying to slow down serial leveling by stronger players, but they are also going to screw the new players who can't do the ops themselves and have to rely on the help of their Mafia. I guess we will all get more selective about which ops we help in, and the best new feature in the game winds up on the scrap heap along with Secret Districts with crappy ratios.
ReplyDeleteWere it says help them again in ????? My timer has ran out and is blank and I still cannot help. If I do get to help again it will be on hard opperations to get the XP. The players still working on there easy ops are just going to be SOL Im affraid.
ReplyDeleteHuge Eyeroll
ReplyDeleteTwo words "Money Grab". Zynga has clearly noticed the popularity and positive response to these events and worked out that by imposing limits more people will have to use RPs to complete slots and get finished.
ReplyDeleteObviously as usual they have been short sighted and ignored the fact that they will destroy the popularity of the event and lose out in the long run.

I actually don't enjoy the operations event. My mafia is probably too small and I dont want to change it. Or Ive tried to help and found I have no where near enough energy or stamina for the hard ones. It doesnt bother me though, I can just skip it because I dont like to beg and plead.
ReplyDeleteBUT REALLY, If people have enough mafia to help for goodness sakes Zynga, let them do it!!!
i just noticed that the operations are also nerfed this time by having only ONE pure stamina slot on the hard ops!
ReplyDeletelooks like you can only help in so many best count is 24 before i got this http://prntscr.com/15at84
ReplyDeleteZynga:
ReplyDeleteUsing Kami accounts to attack your main for free XP = Good
Doing repeat ops costing energy or stamina for XP = Bad
these limited time operations were one of the few good new ideas zynga has had. the techie that thought of limiting help is probably the same dilusional idiot that keeps churning out the new propeties
ReplyDeletezynga love these, makes you buy or spend rp personnaly hate these ops have no real value .
ReplyDeleteThis time Zynga has actually managed to break the game with their Nerf. The countdown timer is broken. When mine got to zero, it stopped working and I have been waiting for several hours to start helping in Ops again. Sorry folks, only hard ops for me if there is a 20 limit a day. Very unfair to the people stuck on easy ops.
