If you didn’t like the Craftmania Event, one positive is it gave us all a break from the seemingly endless cycle of new Limited Time properties. Case in point....a new one has been released shortly after Craftmania expired. The Mob Hospital is our 33rd Global Property and the 29th Limited Time Property. It’s the same old story...there are 15 Levels and you need a total of 471 parts to fully upgrade. These properties keep getting pushed out but the number we can build per 18 hours remains at 5. Another thing that defies logic is there is no health in this hospital. The best item makes +6 attack!

There isn’t much difference from the SVR Showroom except for the loot and upgrade parts. Go here for detailed instructions on how to upgrade these types of properties (you should really know by now). The timer on this property is 16 days. VIP subscribers who have reached the Gold Level of benefits will get 21 days. This means we will ALL have to see begging posts in our news feeds for 21 days!

The individual parts needed to upgrade the Mob Hospital are Sterlized Glass (thier spelling not mine), Treated Lumber and Cordless Drill and are shown below. Each “Any Part” request will yield 6 parts in the order shown below. You can also make 1 “Individual Part” request and get 6 specific parts. Each type of request can be made once every 8 hours. You can get 4 bonus parts by scanning the news feed and clicking on build and upgrade brag posts. Combined, the maximum number of parts you can get is 16 every 8 hours.

When you are all filled up on each part, it’s time to build to Level 1 or upgrade to the next levels.

Always share your build and upgrades with your mafia so they can collect additional parts. As most know, the game will tell you the limit is 3 but it’s really 4 additional parts you can collect every 8 hours. The timer on these extra parts is a little tricky. They are timed from the last one you collect so if you don’t collect all 4 at the same time they will be spread out over the 8 hours period.
