Accounts with the new layout have the the Jailhouse Global Property [1]. Even thought the property will appear on the New York Robbing Board, it is NOT a New York Property. These were moved to the Global Property section a year ago [1]. Thanks to Matt Simon, we can show you the images. More details of the loot items can be found here.
