UPDATE: The Family Inheritance home page banner has returned.
Something is going on in the Arena. The background image was once again. This is the 8th image we have had so far (go
here to see previous images). Maybe it’s a clue for the next destination? The other changes are shown below. The Family Inheritance banner was also pulled but players are still earning Crests. They really should add that back so families know where they stand. There are no updates from the Mafia Wars fan page or blog about any changes so this could just be for display purposes.
The Arena Lady got a new look as well as some new laser guns. She should find a different hair stylist because her new highlights makes it look like there is a skunk sleeping on her head.
Neon aqua highlights can be found thought out your Arena experience. The shooter streaks are a green tone and are pretty cool looking.
If the banner isn’t added back the home page than all families should receive the mastery item and the 100 reward points for 1st place. It’s hard to progress or compete without the timer and tracker.
Crests are still being earned but you will need to look on the Family Leaderboard.
Take a look at the sign in the foreground - it's One Way spelled backwards, which makes me think it's New York or another big city in the US.
