Loot items that have stats to match the Ice Boards have been added to the inventory. There is also an Arena Mastery Event coming soon so that may actually be for a 4th season of the Family Inheritance Event instead of an individual mastery event [1]. The Family or Mafia Leaderboard reward is the Emperor Penguin and the Global Leaderboard reward is the Tripper Spikes.
I am sure that this event will be running with the operations same time as usual. Spent stamina for completing operations or the ice event ? A new mission must be running same time that's what Zynga does all times :)
