A few days ago the server images for the next Limited Time Property were added [1]. I finally found the large server image and it’s going to be a Hospital. If Zynga doesn’t offer a loot item which has health for this one then there is no hope they will ever will. At this time I don't know if Craftmania will delay the release of this property or if we will be seeing begging posts for 4 properties. Only time will tell.

ReplyDeleteWell, it only took 32 prior properties, but this is the one that puts me over the top. I'm done building any more of this crap.
ReplyDeleteCraftmania is not a bust, but it's not helping like I thought it would. And it's forcing me to choose among my Mafia for who gets my limited ability to help since the daily limit remains ten instead of being upped to thirty. I will probably raise each property one level across the whole event and no more.
ReplyDeletecraftmania is a great event but a lot people don't have a strategy in place. Unless all your properties are at level 13 and you have an army of minis, you are not going to get them all to level 15, so you need to pick one and focus on it. There are not as mnay free parts floating around and you can only get 4 every 8 hour. Level 11 is midpoint in the build. If anyone did the maths, they would realise this and put effort in the property with the skills that they want the most. It is the only way to get to level 15 without spending rps.
DeleteThankfully I don't suffer from OCD and have one each of the other properties built up to get the +6 for building....just another one I won't be bothering with!

ReplyDeleteFantastic NOT!!Only way I'll build is if its for Health and alot more than the Zoo...Not worth beggin for if you all ready have everything..pfft who cares about the loot it will only be good for a very short time, if at all!!
ReplyDeleteI hope the Hospital will have loot items added to the inventory couple days before Craftmania is over. Speaking of Craftmania, hope there will be number 2 on Wine Cellar/VFX Lab/SVR Showroom to help some peeps to try completing to reach Level 15.

ReplyDeleteThat's what I was wondering, we've seen the 'coming soon...' on the third family property for long enough lol, and I always figured it made sense that it should be a hospital. We'll find out soon enough.
DeleteI do suffer from CDO (Think about it - OCD should be called CDO - Alphabetical) - I hate not having the properties all built to Level 15. Personally I don't want health - Useless to me as I only use Stamina in the Arena. +10 Stamina or +10 Defense would be my preference. ~ Clive

Private zoo - level 15 - wildebeast - 20 health
Armory - level 9 - mnu suit - 10 health
night club - level 9 - jack the ripper - 5 health

You can build 35 health in one sitting. health is so easy to build I don't understand want more?
Some people love their health and would like another one to offer it. The nice things about these Limited Time Properties is you get a decent loot item when you craft (they eventually become obsolete). You can actually do more in a sitting since the Chop Shop offers one with +5 as well as the Weapons Depot.

its +6 Attack im pretty sure of that... +6 Attack either Nurse or Doctor...
ReplyDeleteat a guess and looking back at all we have so far my guess is this will be attack at +7 .... on all the previous ones you have att,def stam,energy at +4,+5,+6,so now would make sense to go to +7 ....
