There is currently a in game notification that states that “50% off Reward Point purchases and Game Card redemption until 8 PM PDT on April 26th”. The got the purchases right but if you go to redeem your Game Cards, it’s all wrong. Instead of the expected 50%, you will find only 30% off. Many players didn't realize this until after the Game Cards were purchased. Thanks to Chuck Dougherty and Jon Brown for pointing this out.
they can call the billing hotline and get the additional RPs they were promised. I have had to call them before and got a very gracious csr that seemed to reside in the USA and was very accomodating to my problem. hopefully all calls are handled the same way.
