The War Declared notification images have finally been resized. They were too large and blocked access to the hospital [1]. This was especially a problem for manual players who wanted to heal. This is great but they forgot to change the War Over notification and it causes the same issue. Thanks to Leonard for the screen shot and link of the new image.

Both banners are meaningless and cause me no harm. Size is irrelevant; they should not be in the game. They never appear until after I have already lost the war without knowing about it even going on. So all I do is click to the War page so that the banners clear. After two or three visits to see my defeat they usually go away until the next defeat. Players who check the war page much more frequently than I do will also not need the banners at all.
