It looks like the Mafia Wars Team is finally thinking about adding a new destination to the game. It’s about time as London was launched about a year ago on March 13th of 2012. To help Zynga decide which city, go here and submit the survey shown below. Players get to make 2 selections and they also want to know which current destination is your favorite. I really don't care where it is. What I would like to see is another destination with stamina jobs and no Bandits!
The Mafia Wars Team asks which existing city is our favorite but they should rephrase this to destination as Brazil is not a city, it’s a country.

ReplyDeleteI have to admit, I thought we'd never see another new city in this game. The game is dying and it's only a matter of time before it's dead. So this is a pleasant surprise.
ReplyDeleteHowever, I have to say your suggestion that the city be energy based is outrageous. It makes about as much sense as changing the fighting to be energy based. If they did that, then okay, fine, at least that's fair. But to suddenly favor the stamina players like that would be immensely unfair. The whole reason I built up my energy is because it's fun to rip through cities and secret districts. And now you want them to completely change the game? Again, the suggestion is outrageous.
Oops, I meant to say, "your suggestion that the city be *stamina* based is outrageous."
DeleteI just realized this is going to mean yet another set of properties to upgrade. Another 1000 or so parts will be required, no doubt. (*sigh*) I'm only about 70% finished my London properties. Maybe a new city isn't such a good thing after all...
I was thinking like Vegas where you have a choice. Or even ideally let some jobs have both a energy and stamina button and we get to decide.

It sadens me to know they made such huge profits off of players.. and where will they be when the game hits rock bottom?

Delete1.- First fight a lot to get the cash to buy all items and buy all the properties...
2.- Finish all tiers from the hardest to the easiest....

would be cool to have a new city, but seems like this game has turned into a $$$ game and so many sink money into it, it sadden's me to think where they will be when the game is gone... cause we all know mafia is not what is once was... there taking the fun out of it and thickening there wallets...

Too true, I am getting sick of the whiners - if they hate it that much then they should stop playing. I've been playing for two years and am not going anywhere unless the game folds. I spend a small amount of money when I can (a few dollars) but mostly I make do without and I have a decent account for my level. I want a new destination, more special missions, more secret districts - people may whine but I get bored when there is nothing to do as I finished the locations a long time ago. I would like to see the end of the time limited properties though, the spamfest for that really pisses me off ;o)
DeleteYeah it may be a good idea for Zinga to refurbish the stats on old properties and instead of adding new ones just bring the old ones back that way people who completed the properties before will be able to gain from the new stats while people who failed will have a chance to complete them for better stats

ReplyDeleteWhy inflict us with another city when they are allowing the cheaters from the last glitch still operate. Many have stopped buying RP's and Zynga know who the cheaters are.

Whatever city they bring, will be no dough a 5x fighting city, then the next city to close will be Vegas. At least the bandits give loot.

ReplyDeleteevery city for me is welcomed as long as zynga opens the live chat so that we can contact them and resolve our everyday issues which are soooo many....for the time being only VIPS have open chat...so there are players of 2 categories...those who can pay and have everything and those who are second class and blow their head off playing, as to follow in skills and mafia strength....that's totally unfair...

In 2008 a father-of-three who was found with a microscopic speck of cannabis stuck to the bottom of one of his shoes has been sentenced to four years in a Dubai prison.

ReplyDeleteAt least you got to sell some for when I started I didn't have enough to sell then when I did they took it away. SMDH!! Any city is fine with me as long as it isn't like London, I'm still not done with it and don't think I will get done.
DeleteI wouldn't mind seeing them extend New York since it isn't going anywhere for that is where all of the crafting comes from and give us a new city too... :-)
