Many players are reporting that their Italian Files Operations have disappeared. Marco MW Mooijweer posted on our fan page. You can see he still has the 5 hard Operations to finish yet there are no pending Operations. Martin from Team Spockholm spoke with a Customer Support agent and was told it’s a known issue and they were working on it. At this time there is no article on the Player Support site. Hopefully Zynga will extend the event so all players have a chance to get these Operations completed.
this is easy to work out... if you have missions that have expired they will disserper unless they click start over

DeleteI'm glad you posted about this. It happened to me when a couple of the ops expired, and then it told me I couldn't restart them, since I had too many already (I had the old ones in there since I had stopped doing them). Clearing the old ones out didn't help in the least. Hopefully they get this solved quickly.

ReplyDeleteThe disappeared operations happened to two different friends of mine, and customer service said they were making a list of all the people that were affected. They did not get the silver mastery item and the hard operations did not fall. Jo Gilliam

ReplyDeleteOne solution for this issue is to first remove all your regular operations or finish them then start Italian Files operation. I hope no one will face problem.

ReplyDeleteOnce operation expired, the flag does not appear and you think that its regular operation. So, you might have removed Italian Files operation by mistake.

Email sent to CS 56 hours ago and the support page says "email answers within 48 hours"....and no chat live although I keep checking.

ReplyDeleteI contacted Zynga support last night about my missing ops (via the e-mail option), and today they are back. I don't know if that's true for everyone, or that they responded to my request, but I'm glad it didn't take too long. (I was the only one in my family that experienced this problem.) I should be able to finish the event now.
ReplyDeleteHard Ops that were started about 12am CST are now very prematurely expired. They should have had more that 2 days left. Everyone that participated lost out. When trying to contact Zynga CS we get "the intertubes are broken." Is Expiring Ops a known issue?
