The fifth season of the Ice Board is now officially over. It was fun to watch the leaderboard as there was a big battle for 1st Place. Brad from [Ł²] Family and Bill from [RYfG] switched places throughout the event. In the end Brad pulled ahead and came out the victor with an impressive 431,392 ices! Keith, also from [Ł²] stayed happily in 3rd Place.

Those who were #1 on their Family Ice Board, got a Hexshot . My mission for this event was to hold this spot in the {ASS} Family and thanks to the Arena I was able to do it. I was excited to get my popup but that never happened. If it happened to you, check your inventory and you will most likely have the item. Since Zynga removes the event the second it expires, there is no way to tell what position you were in when the event ended.
Comparing this season to the last 4, you can see what a difference the Arena has made in the ability to get ices [1]. The number of ices differed by about 4 times!

I don’t normally go all out for these events but I wanted to see what the Arena could do for me. I finally placed 1st in my family and this is something I never could do before the Arena.

ReplyDeleteMy family had the same, the guy on top got hold of support chat and they claim he was third when everyone in our family including myself could see he was nr 1, we also checked the other 3 that were on top 4 spots and none of them has got it. i was 9 so didnt expect it anyways,,

ReplyDeletewell .. at least I am not alone if I say i didn't get it .. another reason why people leave MW .. we work hard to get to first spot .. like playing 16 hours a day every day for six days and zynga does not even recognize the efforts.. by giving the loot we worked hard for and deserve..

ReplyDeleteI got 1st place also with no reward. Here is the funny part. When i contacted support, they insisted I finished in 2nd place. Everyone in my family knows I got 1st place by over 1000 ices. To make things worse, I have yet to receive reward from the last Job Board we did also. Im done with these. Duster, Looters Family
ReplyDeleteWhole event was a joke really. One piece of loot and sounds like many did not even get what they earned. I did get my item.

I posted on the support site and never got a reply....BUT, strangely enough, today I was checking my inventory again and now I have THREE hexshots! No idea how that happened but am definitely not complaining. :)
ReplyDeleteStill no Hexshot, email support has not replied in over 38 hours and chat support said they can not give the item. If they try and tell me I was not in first I will cancel my VIP and they will get no more of my money. I think they just do that to blow people off.
