The 4th Arena Mastery Event is underway. It seems every one of these events has a new twist to it. This one works like the last except there is no family component to it [1]. We are still competing for reward points but on a individual basis and with much bigger payouts. The event lasts a little under 10 days and expires at 11:59 PM PST on February 14th.

Crests are earned according to the chart below.
The mastery loot item is the Envy Machine. The stats and number of Crests needed to get each item are shown below. You only get to keep the item with the highest stats.
The Crest Leaderboard is located in the Arena next to the Respect Leaderboard.
The top 10 global Crest earners will receive the following prizes once the event expires. The number of reward points is much great than the last Arena Mastery Event but they go to 1 player instead of an entire family.
Below is a review of the rewards from the last 3 plus this Arena Mastery Event. Rather than change the Arena so more players will find it enjoyable and participate, it seems Zynga’s solution is to constantly offer mastery events.

What intelligent marketing strategies...NOT! Drive even a bigger wedge between those players and those with huge stamina serial leveling accounts. If Zynga wants to keep this game alive, this ISN'T the way to do it. Soon there won't even be enough to fill out the top 10 spots. Might be time for me to quit along with droves of others.

ReplyDeleteThe Arena is the only place I can go. I have no HOME button. The links at the bottom of the page take me back to The Arena. If I want to play, I have no choice.
ReplyDeleteI having a problem with the arena the timer to start reaches zero, and I do not enter the arena to fight. I am stuck on the outside waiting while the actual fight occurs.
