The Ice Board has been mysteriously reset for all players. It appears that all ices earned from the start of the event up to about 15 minutes ago were removed. Ices are currently counting again. Marc Lanni was told by Customer Support that ices would be restored. They may restore old ices but what will happen to the ices you are getting right now is a concern. In the end, ices will be lost. Zynga shouldn't have started an event like this on the weekend or so soon after a Family Event. It would be best if they just pulled the event and started it at another time. It's already been compromised.

All 105 counted on my Ice Board so I don’t really know what’s going on. I didn’t have any ices before the reset happened but those who did aren’t very happy!
Not only Arena-ices, my mini had over 100 on fl and got reset too.
ReplyDeletei had 300 ices all from the fightlist now have Zero ices ... dumb zynganuts playing around again .... stuff it not even gonna try just do my usual daily play .... am about ready to jack this game and its stupid programmers
ReplyDeleteFor me, I got reset back to 0 as did all of family. Zynga, no matter how much effort they ever put, always find a way to fail :D
ReplyDeleteFunny I didn't fight in the Arena and had one hundred and some ices and now have "zero" ....

ReplyDeleteI just talked with customer service and they informed me to please not continue to fight as the board will be fixed and anything I(we) do now wont be counted. So I(we) should wait until the board is fixed. This information is for all players.

ReplyDeleteAgree. Support told me yesterday that missing ices would be restored. Today they are saying the reset was normal and that the feature is working as intended. Ices will not be restored. Great customer experience, eh?
ReplyDeleteYep. That's what they said. And yet now, the ices I was missing yesterday are showing up, as well as all the new ices since the reset. At least they fixed it, I guess.
