Carnival Mystery Bags have been replaced with Caesar’s Mystery Bags. In the Roman Calendar, March 15th is known as the Ides of March and marks the day that Julius Caesar was killed in 44 B.C. I don't know when these bags will be released, all we know at this point is they have been updated and a new loot item was added to the inventory.
If you have any left over Carnival Mystery Bags, you will see in your ZMC that they have been converted. If you try to open them, they will be Blue Mystery Bags.
The Samba Dancer of the Carnival Mystery Bags has been replaced with the Ride Of March.

I would love to know if this means a re-tooled Italy will be coming soon to a MW screen near me. Since Italy just closed & the Ides of March have marched on without these bags, and it's well past St. Patrick's day as well, I came here to find out what was up with these bags... The LEL sounds like something we all will be happy to have & so far, I've gotten 5 energy skill pts from the few I've opened.
