Extreme Mission #12: House Of Cards

Share:

em2Yesterday new Extreme Missions were added to the Missions feature (1). Leonard Wong finished Extreme Mission #11 and is now on #12.  As you can see, it’s quite expensive to just buy off.

We may be waiting a while to see Mission #13. The second task requires that you “Buy 50 items from your Warehouse”. That’s not a typo! A 23 hour timer is applied to all Warehouse purchases.  If you don’t want to spend 450 to buy this task, you will have to wait a total of 1,150 hours. That’s about 48 days! Many question if they will still be playing Mafia Wars by then.  All that waiting is only for a experience bonus and 1 loot item that will be outdated by the time you get.

  1. That is extreme alright, as in extremely stupid.

  2. Why complaining, ppl complain because things are timebased, ppl complain if missions occur too often, I guess we just want to complain. It is a nice mission without a time limit. You can take your time and do it your own speed. A good way to stimulate ppl to do their daily tasks :)

Besides, why would ppl quit within 48 days, it are the ones saying that for over a year already... :D

Do we really want everything that easy? Maybe ask Zynga to quit missions at all and just add loot automatically on everyone's inventory :)

    1. Why not make the LOOT match the difficulty of the Mission? I don't mind spending (in reality) 50 days to do ONE MISSION -- but why make the reward WORSE than missions that require 10 minutes to complete?? I think THAT is the issue and the reason for the complaining.

    2. 48 days is just too long.
The whole mission dont have a time line, so you can play it your own speed already.

Loot sucks A.. and reward sucks a.. double.

  5. I really question whether ANY of these missions are worthwhile. I haven't finished any of them and don't intend to. The loot barely adds to what I have. I used to be a completist in this game but no longer. It's pointless.

  6. That 48 days requirement is not extreme, it's obscene! :-(

  7. 48 days is nothing compared to the time needed to get the 999 trilionzillionalot achievement in NY, reward: 1 skill :D

  9. Is the XP you get as a reward level-dependent? Because I'm going to get only 5.5k instead of 21k....

if u cant see your properties, i remember someone suggesting make sure your flash is updated.

  11. Ridiculous to make it last 48 days. Boring, because the other two tasks are done and you just have to remember to buy a warehouse item every 24 hours. Missions are more interesting when they involve actually doing things, such as jobs, wars, ices etc. How about something that requires you to help your fellow Mafia members.
