Martin from Team Spockholm often reviews the bug reports and found a funny breakdown on the Facebook Developers Blog. In the Bugs activity report between Jan 31-Feb 7, 12 bugs “were by design”. Martin states that this probably means that reported bugs weren’t really bugs but it’s still pretty funny. I know we’ve been dealing with quite a few bugs on the Facebook side lately.
Bugs by design can be best explained this way: they design a car without a steering wheel... someone says no there is no bug it is 100% according to the specifications, yet it does not drive...
