Where Are The Dragon Mystery Bags?

On January 5th, all Harvest Mystery Bags mysteriously converted to Dragon Mystery Bags. The loot item which which replaced the Mayflower Compact is the Chinese Dragon. It was assumed that we would get Dragon Mystery Bags to celebrate the Chinese New Year which was on January 23rd (1). The 23rd has come and gone and we still haven't seen the Dragon Mystery Bags in the game. What we have seen are plenty of nerfs and bugs.
The Sea of Red Marketplace Promotion ends in a little under 6 hours so it appears Zynga is done with the Chinese New Year.
Maybe they are busy updating the image for the Secret District. Everything else was changed to say FU to the players so they might as well
