The third gift for the Stranger's Swag is now available. The Black Velvet is a mediocre attack vehicle.

Generate a post to get 3, help to get 2.  The Black Velvet would be much more swag worthy if the stats were better than 102/63. This event is purely a spam exercise that benefits nobody but Zynga.
