New Gifting Loot Item

The Inventory History Spocklet found a lot of new items today. There is one labeled for Gifting called the Chinese Dragon.
Maybe we will get something to replace Harvest Mystery Bags or this will be like the Don's Gift. Whatever it is, I'm sure there will be limitations on how many we can acquire.
