Unframing Issues & Workaround

If you unframe your Mafia Wars game, you may have notice that popup will not open. These include some important ones to players like the Bank, Hospital and ZMC as well as some important ones to Zynga like the Lucky Stash and Reward Point purchase button (it's never a good idea to buy Reward Points while your game is unframed). You will also find you can't open up the Holiday Treasure Hunt window to open your presents.
To work around the popup opening issue you can either not unframe your game and use the Spockholm Toolbar or go to mafiawars.com and unframe from there. The simplest solution is to bookmark the link below and use that anytime you want to unframe. It's a spockon.me link that will unframe your game from mafiawars.com. It's easy to memorize so bookmarking may not be needed.

    It is also happening if you use Spockholm Toolbar. This problem just started today for me. After running assassinator or anything from the toolbar, I have to refresh MW to bank, collect from the ZMC, post for parts for the Toy Shop, etc.

    the problem with going to mafiawars.com then unframing is that mafiawars.com is https secure site ... consequently 1 or 2 of the bookmarks dont work on secure sites
