Ice Season 12 is over. There is no Home Page banner for Ice Season 13 but if you go to the Fight Page, you will get a popup with your new badge and corresponding loot reward. I'm not very patient and it's possible it will be out very soon. Maybe Zynga is giving us some time to figure out how in the hell the Family Properties work so members of the community can write blog posts that they should have.
