Family Battle Request Bug

There is a bug in the Family Module and any player can sent out a battle request. There are currently 3 ways to challenge another family. You can use the suggested families, the "Battle" button on the fightlist or you can go to a specific Family page and send the request from there. Only the Godfather/Godmother and Underbosses can see the recommended families and the "Battle" button. These methods for sending battle request are not affected. Only the GF/GM or an Underboss can send a request. All other family members will not see these options.
The bug happens with the third option. Any family member can challenge another family if they go directly to their Family Page. This image was taken from my test account that is in a family but is not the GF/GM or Underboss. I clicked on a red tag link from the fightlist, was directed to the Family Page and the option to send a Battle Request was there.  If Zynga doesn't fix this soon, I'm sure there will be lots of family drama to deal with.

    Even players that are NOT in families have that button. Obviously, we can't use it, but still odd, you know?

    I recently completed gold mastery of an italian region, but now it shows ruby completed. When i searched for auto elettrica in my inventory, i came to know that i aint even got bronze. I have similar issues in vegas too. Is this a known issue ? If it is, will they help me ?

    I tried the same thing.. As an Underboss yes I can request.. However on two there accounts that I have both being solders, I could not locate any link that would send family battle request..

    I have in my Family the GM/GF being one person and two underboss's.. Total of three that can send battle request..

    We have had several request sent and could not figgure out who was sending them..

    Now that I have read this Info, I am even more confused..

    It is a big problem. Some schlep in our family challenged us to battle The Nut House, and if any of you have fought them, it quite a one sided battle (in their favor, of course).
