Skill Point Reallocation is available in the Marketplace. Find it under the Stat Items Tab. You need to act fast as these don't stick around for very long.

    i not have Skill Point Reallocation in my Marketplace. Why?

    @anonymous, Read the post. These are available randomly and they only last about an hour so you need to look at the time of the post.

    gahh i keep missing them, and they are so rare! saving my RP to spend on only these, but i never get to :/
