Disappearing Rob Squad Update

Many players have been losing their Rob Squads for a while now. I outlined the problem here about 10 days ago. Today, Zynga has made some progress and were able to reproduce the problem. Aby Cat did some investigating and posted the step on this forum post.

The issue was posted in Zynga's "Known Issues" forum which are what we are suppose to be using to report bugs.

It appears that when players are robbing your Headquarters in Brazil, Rob Squads are disappearing from the inventory. You can lose Rob Squads when your Docks are robbed but these are suppose to come out of what you collect and not what you already have. I checked this out on a different account and found that my Docks had been robbed.

I had 20 Rob Squads in my inventory. The Docks are a Level 10 and if they hadn't been robbed, I should get 10 when I collect (20 if I had activated my Taskmaster, which I did not). I only got 5.

If you know of a workaround to prevent Rob Squads from disappearing, Zynga wants you to post it in the Known Issue forums shown above. If you care or value your Rob Squads, you need to make sure you collect on them every 8 hours and keep your Guardian (assuming it works) activated. Other than waiting for Zynga to fix the problem, I can't think of another way to prevent your Rob Squads from disappearing. Personally, I don't really care about Rob Squads because it's easy enough to get more if I ever want to use them. If Zynga would give more incentive and make it as important as they have made fighting then Robbing might be fun and a more utilized feature.
