Where is the Next Property?

It's been close to an hour since the Martial Arts Dojo expired. Many are asking where is the next property. We know it's coming because the Official Mafia Wars Blog told us so. Maybe they are having "technical difficulties".

We have equipment items for two sets of properties in our inventory. It's unclear as to which property will be next as it will probably depend on how much time we are going to get to upgrade. We had 7 days for the first 4 Limited Time Upgrade Constructed Properties but were given 14 for the Martial Arts Dojo.
