The Origin of the Waffle Bot

I saw a commercial for the upcoming movie, A Very Harold & Kumar 3D Christmas, which is currently advertised in game.
The only reason it peaked my interest was the image below. If you follow this blog, it should look familiar to you.
The Waffle Bot is a unreleased loot item that was recently added to our inventory along with the Brownie and Christmas Cupcake. I did some research and apparently the Waffle Bot is a joke that shows up periodically throughout the movie.  It looks like sending boosts isn't the last we will see of Harry & Kumar in Mafia Wars.
