New Limited Time Mission

The new Limited Mission is now available. It's called Money On The Water and it looks like they "Zombied" it up after the fact. There are 14 days to complete it which is nice because that means there won't be another Mission next week.
There is a red "New Mission" bouncy reminder that is just as annoying as the yellow one along with a scary mask Mission icon on your Mission Bar.
The outline of the Mission Window is red and I guess that's suppose to make it scary.
If they wanted this thing to be Halloweeny or Zombified, did they really need to make the Grand Prize a River Otter? I don't see the connection. They could have at least made him a little scarier by adding some blood dripping out of his mouth. I will post a walk through later on this evening.

    The "Deadly" River Otter has +20 attack/defense over its benign cousin.

    for the second part of the mission, ices can be done everywhere, not only in Chicago, so don't spend your stamina.
